Returns

  • ToeSox will issue a refund for manufacturer’s defects if the product is returned within the one year warranty period.  ToeSox does not warrant its products against normal wear and tear.
  • All ToeSox items being returned for other reasons must be mailed back with the original receipt in new and saleable condition and in the original product packaging.  The refund will be the cost of the product(s) less the cost of shipping.
  • Retail customers may exchange with prior approval from ToeSox up to 30 days after the original purchase date and will be responsible for shipping costs to and from ToeSox when requesting an exchange.  All exchanges must be equal or more in price than item(s) being exchanged.  All exchanges must be mailed back with the original receipt in mint condition and in the original product packaging.
  • Any order discrepancies must be reported to ToeSox within 30 days of our invoice date.  Please contact customer service with you invoice number and item descriptions immediately.  Please retain your original shipping packaging until the discrepancy has been resolved.
